Polyurea-hybrid water-feature coating - a thicker, tougher waterproof membrane than butyl. Brush, roller, or spray. Koi-safe. Sold as a multi-component kit priced by area: ~$2.75/sq ft standard, ~$3.87/sq ft for extra-thick. Best for premium / high-wear / koi jobs where a heavier membrane is worth the extra cost.
